1 Acorn Squash - baked w/ maple sugar, vanilla & garam masala 1 bunch Turnips or 1 bunch Beets - sliced and baked into chips. Like Giada's recipe for sweet potato & beet chips w/ garlic rosemary salt, but will need to sprinkle prior to baking because she puts on the salt after deep frying.
